摘要 对《电子束烟气脱硫若干问题探讨》一文中的有关问题进行分析.电子束脱硫技术已在成都电厂工业示范成功,并已展现出良好的应用前景.它可有效地脱除 SO2 等污染物,无二次污染;副产品硫铵能有效地用静电除尘器收集;改进后的系统与锅炉运行的同步率达 95% 以上,电力消耗进一步降低;脱硫后的烟气一般情况下无需再热,可直接排放.示范运行表明,电子束脱硫技术已基本成熟,并有较大的降低投资和运行费用潜力,在我国脱硫市场中已显示出较强的竞争优势. This paper gives views on concerned problems in the paper of《Discussions on Electron Beam Flue Gas Desulfurization》. Electron beam flue gas treatment process has been proven by industrial demonstration in Chengdu Electric Plant superior to current flue gas treatment techniques and presented itself fine application prospects. The flue gas pollutants are converted to an useful agricultural fertilizer which can be effectively collected by ESP and does not lead to new pollution. The retrofitted de-SO2 system has higher reliability and availability following the boiler operation, and energy consumption further reduced. Also, the process has no requirement for flue gas reheat in normal conditions. The fact has shown that the progress being made in perfecting the technology in engineering shows the process has matured basically, and will make it have a larger potential to reduce the capital and operation cost, and must win competitive superiority in SO2 removal market of China.
