摘要
目的 探讨人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 对30例（30眼）行人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎,并术后随访观察效果.结果 术后随访6～12个月,28眼（93.3％）术后症状消失或减轻.结论 人工鼻泪管植入术不破坏正常鼻泪管解剖结构,创伤小,操作简便,为一种有效的治疗方式.
Objective To observe therapeutic effect and surgical complication of artificial nasolacrimal on the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 30 cases（ 30 eyes）of chronic dacryocystitis were implanted with artificial nasolacrimal stent retrogradely, then the clinical effects were analyzed. Results All patients were followed up and post - operation follow - up period was 6 - 12 months on averageI 28 eyes out of 30 eyes were cured, no secretion was found after lacrimal passages＇ irrigating, the cure rate was 93.3 %. Conclusion The implantation of artificial nasolacrimal canal is the effective treatment of chronic dacryocystitis, it is a minimally invasive method to operate easily.
