摘要
目的观察人工鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法 2008年11月至2009年12月选择32例(40只眼)慢性泪囊炎患者,在局麻下,经鼻腔逆植永久性人工鼻泪管,对手术疗效进行分析。结果术后随访6～12个月,40只眼中治愈30只眼,泪道冲洗通畅无分泌物,5只眼有效,冲洗欠通畅无分泌物,总有效率87.5%。结论人工鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎具有操作简便、不切开皮肤、安全微创、恢复快等优点,临床疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of artificial nasolacrimal stent for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 32 cases（40 eyes）of chronic dacryocystitis were implanted with artificial nasolacrimal stent retrogradely,then the clinical effects were analyzed.Results All patients were followed up and post-operation follow-up period was 6~12 months on average,30 eyes out of 40 eyes were cured,no secretion was found after lacrimal passages＇ irrigating,no secretion was found in 5 eyes after lacrimal passages were not irrigated unobstructedly,the cure rate was 87.5%.Conclusion Artificial nasolacrimal stent is a safe,minimally invasive method to operate easily,needless to incise the skin,with shorter convalescent period,it is an clinically effective way.
