摘要
地方性大学,尤其是地方综合性大学,是实现我国高等教育大众化的中坚力量。大众高等教育的典型特征是高等教育人才培养标准的多样性。不合理的高等教育资源配置方式,是形成我国大众高等教育人才培养标准的单一精英价值取向的核心因素。改变现有的高等教育教育资源配置方式,提高地方综合性大学人才培养的实用性及应用性是当前高等教育大众化进程中的当务之急。
Local universities,especially local comprehensive universities are the nucleus of the popularization of higher education in China.A typical feature of mass higher education is the diversity of higher education talent training standards.This paper holds the opinion that the unreasonable way of higher education resource allocation is the core factor to form the single elite value orientation of the higher education talent training standards in China.And it is the top priority to change the existing resource allocation methods of higher education and to improve the practicability and applicability of the local comprehensive universities talent cultivation in the process of the popularization of higher education.
