摘要
以《高等学校化学学报》为例,从审稿和出版2方面总结一些缩短科技期刊出版周期的有效途径,包括建立和完善审稿制度、发挥编委会定稿作用、更新审稿专家队伍、激发责任编辑的主观能动性、组织优秀稿件优先出版、整合退修和编辑加工及充分利用网络出版。
A series of measures have been taken by Chemical Journal of Chinese Universities to speed up peer review and publication, which include establishment and optimization of review systems, giving deciding to roles of editorial broad, updating database of reviewers, inspiring editors＇ subjective initiatives, priority publication of innovative papers, integration of editorial processing and reversion and online publishing.
