摘要
为解决纺织企业当前生产优化控制低效率状态的生产管理模式问题,本文研究旨在为纺织企业应用制造执行系统(MES)建立快速反应和灵活细致的生产现场管理系统,以实现全局生产流程与生产控制优化,改善劳动生产率,降低库存与资源消耗的管理目标。从纺织企业生产的特点和面临的问题出发,对基于MES的生产优化控制技术进行了分析。MES在纺织企业的应用效果表明,实现了车间生产的优化控制,就能较好地改善生产现场管理的现状。
In order to solve the current textile production optimization inefficient state control of production management problems,the paper aimed at research the application of textile enterprises to establish rapid response manufacturing execution systems,flexible and meticulous production site management system,realizing global optimization of the production process and production control requirements improvements of labor productivity,reducing inventory and resource consumption management objectives.From the textile industry production,characteristics and problems starting production optimization system based on control technologies were analyzed.MES through the application in the textile industry showed that it achieve optimal control of a workshop,and can better improve the production site management status.
