摘要 为解决纺织企业计划层与车间制造层之间信息无法有效衔接的现象,首先,对问题的原因进行了深入分析,并通过文献回顾,构建了面向制造层面的纺织制造执行系统体系框架;然后,对制造过程中的数据流程进行了研究,借助多Agent理论,构建了基于多Agent的系统任务调度算法;最后,在局域网环境下,开发了一种面向制造层面的纺织制造执行系统,同时,对系统的体系结构、数据流程、异构数据库的集成原理进行了详细介绍。通过系统子功能的实际应用,结果表明:制造执行系统实现了企业计划层与生产现场层间信息的有效衔接,解决了企业内部数据重复度高、利用率低的现象,而且体系结构简洁、易维护。 To solve the problem of failure of effective information connection between enterprise planning layer and shop fabrication layer, this paper first deeply analyzes the reason of the problem and establishes a textile manufacturing execution system framework at manufacturing level through literature review; then studies the data process in the manufacturing process and establishes system task scheduling algorithm based on multi-agent with multi-agent theory; and finally develops a textile manufacturing execution system at manufacturing level in the environment of local area network and meanwhile introduces the architecture of the system, data process and integration principle of isomerous database in detail. The result of the practical application of subfunctions of the system shows that the manufacturing execution system realizes effective information connection between enterprise planning layer and production field layer, solves the problem of high repeatability and low utilization rate of internal data of enterprise and has a concise and easy-to-maintain architecture.
