摘要
电子显微镜观察显示痕掌沙蟹心肌细胞属横纹肌。肌原纤维在心肌细胞体积中所占比例较少。粗丝和细丝呈明带和暗带相间排列的横纹 ,每一条粗丝周围有 6条细丝组成一个规则的六边形图案 ,但粗丝是中空的。线粒体排列疏松 ,线粒体的嵴较短。心肌细胞之间没有形成象脊椎动物那样的闰盘结构 。
It was found that the myocardial cells of Ocypoda stimpsoni ortman are of striated under electron microscope.The thick and thin filaments are arranged in the striations which are alternatively isotropic and anisotropic bands.Each strip of thick filament consists of six strip of thin ones that form a hexagon.However,thick filaments are hollow,and the myofibril is only a small portion in the myocardial cell.The cristae of mitochondria are shorter,and are arranged loosely.The intercalated disc is not formed among the myocardial cells as vertebrata.Therefore,the structures result in the heart function of Ocypoda stimpsoni ortman being lower.
