摘要
首次生长具有白钨矿结构的 Na Er(WO4) 2 晶体。测量得晶体在 U V波段的截止波长为 32 6 nm,比Na Y(WO4) 2 (32 1nm )晶体要长。这是由于 Er3+ 具有较大的极化力造成的。测量了 Na Er(WO4) 2 红外透过光谱和喇曼光谱 ,并对晶格振动模式进行了分析。所有这些性质和同结构的 Na Y(WO4) 2
Tetragonal scheelite-like single crystals NaEr(WO 4) 2 (NEW) have been grwon by using RF-heating Czochralski (CZ) method for the first time.Its transmittance spectrum was measured,comparing with that of NaY(WO 4) (NYW) crystal,its cut-off wavelength at UV-band is longer than NYW.It is caused by the bigger polarizing ability of Er 3+ than Y 3+.The infrared transmittance and Raman spectra were also measured,the factor group analysis was made and the lattice vibration frequency was assigned.
