摘要
制备了组分为11Na2O-9La2F6-29Al2O3-51SiO2-0.1Tm2O3-2.5Yb2O3的氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷,研究了该陶瓷的结构与光谱性质.X线衍射显示玻璃样品经热处理后,成了包含Tm3+/Yb3+共掺LaF3纳米晶的透明氟氧硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷.在980 nm激光激发下,Tm3+/Yb3+共掺的氟氧硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷中观察到强的475 nm的蓝色、650 nm的红色光和796 nm的近红外上转换发光.研究了上转换发光强度与激发光能量的关系,并讨论了相应的上转换发光机理.
Tm^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped transparent oxyfluorosilicate glass-ceramics with the composition of 11Na2O-9La2F6-29Al2O3-51SiO2-0.1Tm2O3-2.5Yb2O3 were prepared and characterized.X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that heat treatments of the oxyfluorosilicate glasses caused the precipitation of(Tm^3+,Yb^3+)-doped LaF3 nanocrystals in the glass matrix.Intense blue(475 nm),red(650 nm) and IR 796 nm upconversion emissions were obtained in Tm^3+/Yb^3+ codoped oxyfluorosilicate glass-ceramics under excitation with a diode laser at 980 nm.The dependence of up-conversion intensities on excitation power and possible up-conversion mechanism were evaluated.
