摘要
目的:了解泸州市卫生监督机构人力结构现状,为建立合理的卫生监督机构队伍提供依据。方法:采用全市普查的方法对泸州市卫生监督机构人力结构进行调查。结果:泸州市卫生监督机构现有编制数207人,空编54人;全市在编人员男女比例为1.92∶1,45岁及以下人员占85.35%,46岁及以上人员占14.65。龙马潭和合江县35岁以下卫生监督人员分别占60.00%、68.42%。泸州市各区县卫生监督人员学历均以本科大专为主,无研究生,专业以预防和法学专业为主,卫生事业管理专业人员比例偏低。结论:泸州市卫生监督机构人员编制不足且有空编现象,年龄构成年轻化,高等学历人才匮乏,专业结构单一。
Objective To study the status of human resource structure of health supervision in Luzhou City, and provide references for team construction. Methods The structure of human resource of health supervision in Luzhou City was surveyed with general investigation. Results There had authorized size of 207 in health supervision and inspection institutions of Luzhou with empty staffing of 54, which sex ratio was 1. 92:1. For the age,85.35 % of them aged 45 and younger. In Longmatan and Hejiang, the ratio of people aged under 35 was 60.00% and 68.42% , respectively. For the education background, most of them were undergraduates. And most of them majored in preventive medicine and law. Conclusion The amount of health supervision professionals in Luzhou City was insufficient with younger and lower education background.
