摘要
目的探索和评价我国有关中成药不良反应相关文献的现状,分析原因、提出建议,旨在促进临床中成药的安全使用。方法通过检索中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)关于中成药不良反应的文献报道,对发表时间、期刊、作者、关键词进行统计与分析。结果我国对中成药不良反应的研究呈增长趋势,已形成核心作者群,各中医药大学和医院药剂科是文献的主要来源;《中国药业》等10种期刊为报道中成药不良反应的主要期刊;临床配伍、辨证、给药途径的失误往往是造成中成药不良反应/事件的重要原因。结论我国中成药不良反应研究工作进展显著,但研究方向和方法仍需改进。
Objective To explore and evaluate the current situation of the related literature about Chinese patent drugadverse reaction in China, analyze reasons, and put forward suggestions, in order to promote the Chinese patent drugclinical medication safety. Methods To search China Journals Full-text Database （CNKI） for literatures related toadverse reaction of Chinese patent drug and then analyze the publish time, journal, author and keywords, etc. ResultsThe research on adverse reaction of Chinese patent drug is increasing year by year and the core authors have beenformed. The literatures are mostly from Chinese medicine university as well as hospitals＇pharmaceutical preparationsection. Ten journals, such as China Pharmaceuticals, are the core journal in this field. Errors of clinical compatibility, syn-drome differentiation and the route of administration are important causes of adverse reaction/event of Chinesemedicine. Conclusion The research progress of adverse reaction of Chinese patent drug in China developed smoothly.However the research should be expanded in content and the methodology should be improved.
