摘要
目的探讨观察超声引导下穿刺并生理盐水冲洗在治疗乳腺脓肿上的临床效果。方法选取该院于2011年6月—2012年6月所收治的40例乳腺脓肿患者,将40例患者随机分成实验组和对照组各20例,其中实验组采取超声引导下穿刺并生理盐水冲洗的方式进行治疗,对照组采取传统手术治疗方式进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗结果进行比较分析。结果通过比较发现,两组患者通过不同的治疗方式在治愈率上无明显差别。但是,和传统手术方式相比较,超声引导下穿刺并生理盐水冲洗治疗乳腺脓肿的临床效果更加明显,具有费用低、无明显伤痛、无出血等多方面的优势。结论乳腺脓肿患者在治疗的过程中,采用超声引导下穿刺并生理盐水冲洗的治疗方式,其在临床上的效果非常显著,具有多方面的优势,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of ultrasound guided puncture and physiological saline flushing in the treatment of breast abscess. Methods 40 cases of breast abscess patients admitted in our hospital from June, 2011 to June, 2012 were chosen. And they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group with 20 cases in each group, the experimental group was treated with ultrasound guided puncture and physiological saline flushing, the control group was treated with traditional operation therapy. The treatment outcomes of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results By com-parison, it was found that there was no significant difference in cure rate between two groups of patients. However, the clinical ef-fect of ultrasound guided puncture and physiological saline flushing on breast abscess is more obvious compared with that of the traditional mode of operation with many advantages such as lower cost, no significant pain, and no bleeding and so on. Conclusion Ultrasound guided puncture and physiological saline flushing adopted in the treatment process of breast abscess patients have sig-nificant clinical effect and many advantages and important value in clinical application.
