基于运动学和动力学的汽车后轮转向机构设计

摘要 后轮转向机构的优化设计是商用车四轮转向技术的关键,为了减小在车轮跳动时后轮转向机构与悬架之间的运动干涉、后轮摆振以及车轮磨损,提出了通过建立后轮转向机构的空间模型和后轮转向机构的动力学虚拟模型,直接以减小转向拉杆与悬架的运动不协调偏差量为目标函数的优化设计方案,结合整车操作稳定性试验,验证了该方案的合理性,为后轮转向机构的设计提供了一定参考。 Optimization design of the rear wheel steering mechanism is a key four -wheel steering technology for commercial vehicle.In order to reduce the movement interference between the rear wheel steering mechanism and suspension , swing vibration, wear and tear of the rear wheels when they were moving up and down , a spatial model and a dynamics virtual model of the rear wheel steering mechanism were established .The optimization scheme of the objective function was to reduce uncoordinated motion deviation between steering rod and suspension .The result compares the handling and stability test to verify the reasonableness of this approach and to provide a reference for the design of the rear wheel steering mechanism .
