摘要
用浸提～减压蒸馏工艺 ,从当归中提取挥发油 ,确定适宜工艺条件为 :浸提温 5 5℃ ,浸提时间 6 h,料液比 1∶ 12 ,挥发油提取率可达 (0 .5 4～ 0 .6 4) %
The extraction～vacuum distillation process of volatileoil from Angelica sinensis has been carried out.The orthogonal etext indicated the optimum extraction condition of volatile oil was 55 ℃,soak 6 h,1∶12(Angelica sinensis∶Water).The yield of volatile oil was (0.54～0.64) %.
