阐述了酒类专用炭在清香型小曲酒中的应用 ,依照酒类专用炭的不同型号 ,不同功能 ,将其应用于清香型小曲酒处理工艺的不同方面 ,不仅提高了产品质量 。
Application of the special active carbon for liquor in Fen-flavour Xiaoqu liquor was described in this article.The carbon has different function according to the type.It is used in different stage of the production process of Fen-flavour Xiaoqu liquor according to different function of it.Thus,the quality of products is improved and the production cost is reduced.
