摘要
IO-3 对偶氮胂Ⅲ具有氧化褪色作用 ,借此可以进行吸光光度测定碘。试验表明 ,在稀硫酸介质中 ,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为 5 5 0mm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 3× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1。碘浓度在 0~ 30 μg/ 2 5ml范围内遵守比耳定律。方法用于测定加碘食盐中碘 ,回收率可达 98%~ 10 2 % ,结果满意。
The reagent arsenazo Ⅲ is oxidized by IO\+-\-3 in a H\-2SO\-4 media leading to the decolorization of the reagent.The decrease of the color intensity is proportional to the amount of IO\+-\-3 present.The absorptive maximium lies at 550nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1\^3×10 4L\5mol -1 \5cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range from 0 to 30μg/25ml.Based on this phenomenon,a new photometric method for the determination of microamounts of iodine is proposed.It has been used for the determination of iodine in iodates,and the recovery is between 98%~102%.
