摘要
用分光光度法研究了2,3,7-三羟基-9-(3,5-二溴-4-氨基)苯基荧光酮的离解平衡和离解常数;以其为显色剂,进行了钼(VI)的分光光度法研究,在0.2~0.8mol·L-1HCl溶液中,CTMAB存在下,显色剂与Mo(VI)生成灵敏的红色三元配合物,ε530=1.56×105L·mol-1·cm-1,用于测定钢中的钼,结果满意.
The dissociation of 2, 3, 7, -trihydroxy-9- (3, 5-dibromo-4-amino) phenylfluorone (DBAPF)in aqueous solution have been studies and the dlssociation constants of DBAPF has been determined. At the same time, a color reaction of Mo (Ⅵ) with DBAPF and CTMAB has been researched. The highly sensitive color ternary complex is formed in 0. 2~0. 8 mol· L-1 H solution. The maximum absorption is at 530nm. The molar absorptivity coefficient equals 1. 56 × 105 L-·mol -1· cm-1. The spectrophotometric method has been applied to the determination of molybdenum in steel and alloys with satlsfactary results.
