摘要
研究了模压成形剂石蜡的品种选择以及加入量,并针对石蜡的缺点对其进行改进。石蜡改进的主要途径有两条:一为在石蜡中添加适量高级脂肪酸;二为在石蜡中添加适量表面活性剂。经过改进的石蜡成形剂改善了石蜡粘性低以及料粒偏硬的特点,使得压制压力减小、压坯强度增大,有效地减少了裂纹的产生,且对产品的磁饱和、矫顽磁力、抗弯强度均无明显影响,在硬质合金生产研究中得到很好的应用。
Type selection and amount of paraffin molding agent were studied,and improvements were made for the shortcomings of the paraffin.There are two main ways to improve paraffin:one is adding the right amount of higher fatty acids into paraffin and the other is adding the right amount of surfactants into paraffin.Paraffin viscosity and pellet rigidity are improved by improving paraffin molding agent,so that the pressing pressure is reduced,the strength of compacts increases,and the cracks are effectively reduced without significant effect on the magnetic saturation,coercivity and flexural strength of the products,resulting in very good applications of the improved paraffin in cemented carbide production and research.
