压制压力对钨钴钛类硬质合金数控刀片粘模行为的影响

Effect of Compaction Pressure on Punch Sticking Behavior in WC-Co-Ti Cemented Carbide CNC Inserts

摘要 分析钨钴钛类硬质合金数控刀片SNMA120408压制成形后坯体的表面形貌,系统研究压制压力对粘模行为的调控规律。通过设置七组压力梯度(中值压力17.2 kN,设置±10%、±20%、±30%的偏差区间)进行对比实验,结果表明:当压制压力从中值降低30%时,刃边粘模缺陷显著;当压力达到或超过中值时,粘模现象完全消除。研究发现粘模行为的转变与坯体的整体密度和表面致密度的提升直接相关,当压力梯度由-30%增至+30%,坯体密度由7.73 g/cm³增加到8.19 g/cm³;坯体表面孔隙面积占比从1.28%降低至0.01%。研究证实调控压制压力可有效控制硬质合金刀片成形过程中的粘模缺陷。 This study analyzed the surface morphology of WC-Co-Ti cemented carbide computer numerical control(CNC)insert SNMA120408 after forming and systematically investigated the regulatory effect of compaction pressure on the punch sticking behavior.Comparative experiments with seven pressure gradients(median pressure:17.2 kN±10%,±20%,and±30%)were conducted.The results demonstrate that significant sticking defects occur along cutting edges when the compaction pressure decreases by 30%from the median pressure,while complete elimination of punch sticking phenomena is achieved at or above the median pressure.The transition of punch sticking behavior exhibits a direct correlation with improvements in green compact density and surface compactness.As the pressure gradient increases from−30%to+30%,the green compact density elevates from 7.73 g/cm3 to 8.19 g/cm3,accompanied by a reduction in the surface area ratio of gaps or pores from 1.28%to 0.01%.This research confirms that precise control of compaction pressure effectively mitigates punch sticking defects in cemented carbide inserts during the forming process.
