摘要
根据疲劳寿命预测理论 ,将史密斯公式作适当的改进 ,使之包含影响高周疲劳寿命的因素 .引用LBF研究所的八级载荷谱作为车轮工作时的载荷谱 ,用有限元分析的应力值作为基本参数 ,将改进后的史密斯公式用于车轮的疲劳寿命预测 。
Presents Smith equation improved to include the causes having deep impact on high cyclic fatigue life prediction and the eight grade carrying table coming from LBF research department used to simulate the running state of the wheel, and the calculation of wheel fatigue life in runninging states with improved Smith equation and parameters resulting from finite element analysis.
