摘要
采用丙烯腈(AN)与衣康酸(IA)共聚,纺制了碳纤维前驱体聚丙烯腈原丝. 利用元素分析,IR,13C- NMR,DSC,TG等手段对该聚丙烯腈原丝的结构和性能进行了表征.用Kelen—Tudos法测定了AN与IA共聚的竟聚率:rAN= 0.39,rIA= 3.85.研究结果表明:共聚单体IA能在较低温度时以离子机理形式引发聚丙烯腈原丝的氧化、环化放热反应,且能减缓放热效应.
Free radical solution copolymerization of itaconic acid and acrylonitrile is carried out to spin polyacrylonitrile precursors.These are characterized by IR, 13 C NMR,DSC,TG and so on.The copolymer compositions are determined by elemental analysis for nitrogen and the results calculated by the Kelen-Tudos method.The reactivity ratios determined in this study are: r AN =0.39, r IA =3.85.Furthermore,in the case of P(AN co IA) copolymers ,the cyclization starts at a lower temperature and propagates at a slower rate .
