摘要
采用溶液自由基法制备了丙烯腈(AN)-丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚物,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振光谱(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(BSC)和热重分析(TG)等方法对聚合产物进行了表征。研究结果表明,随着AM的加入,共聚物的分子质量和转化率都具有先增大后减小的变化趋势。AN的质量分数为2%(w)时,分子质量和转化率最高,且共聚单体AM能在较低温度时以离子机理形式引发聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝的氧化、环化放热反应并能减缓放热效应。
Aerylonitrile(AN)/Aerylamide(AM) eopolymers were synthesized by free-radical solution copolymerization. Fourier Transform Infra-red microscopy( FTIR), Nuclear Magnetic (NMR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Thermogravimetry(TG) and X2 ray Diffraction(XRD) were used to characterize the structures and properties of the copolymers. It has been shown that When the addition of AM, the eopolymer' s molecular weight and conversion have in- creased after the first decrease trend. If the weight fraction of AM is kept at 2% (w), both the molecular weight and con- version will be at maximum. Furthermore, in the ease of P(AN-eo-AM) eopolymers, the cyelization starts at a lower tem- perature and propagates at a slower rate.
