摘要
本研究以甜菜杂交种为处理材料 ,用 N+离子作为诱变源 ,以 35 kev的能量 ,分别以 40次、6 0次脉冲 ,注入剂量 4× 1 0 1 6N+/cm2、6× 1 0 1 6N+/cm2进行激发诱变 ,含糖率、产量均有明显的提高 ,为其它作物杂交种处理获得当代效应提供了有益参考。
With the crossbreed of sugar beet being used as treatment material,and N + ion as inducing soruce,we do the experiment of stimulation and inducement.We implant respectively the dosage of 4×10 16 N +/cm 2 and 6×10 16 N +/cm 2 with the energy of 35kev in the pulse of 40 and 60 times.As a result,the sugar content and output of the crossbreed variety are improved. The finding gives the crossbreeds of other crops an useful reference for obtaining the current effect.
