摘要
以松节油中的α -蒎烯为原料 ,SeO2 为氧化剂 ,无水乙醇为溶剂 ,在回流温度下反应 5h生成桃金娘烯醛 ,产率为 61% ,在 4 30℃ 60kPa下通过黄铜丝床层 0 .3~ 0 .5s异构化反应生成紫苏醛 ,采用亚硫酸氢钠法 ,提纯紫苏醛后用盐酸羟胺进行肟化反应生成紫苏糖 ,总得率大约 2 0 % .
Using α pinene from turpentine oil as material,selenium dioxide as oxidizer,anhydrous alcohol as solvent,myrtenal had been to prepared at rellux temperature and reaction time being 5 hours,the yield being 61%.Isomerization reaction from myrtenal to perillaldehyde carried out at 430℃ and 60kPa passing brass silk catalyst bed in 0 3~0 5s.The oximation reaction of perillaldehyde purified by sodium hydrogen sulfite with hydroxylamine hydrochloride formed perillartine.,The total yield was about 20%
