摘要
以桃金娘烯醛为原料,以共沉淀法制备的Cu/ZnO为新型催化剂,在裂解反应装置中进行催化桃金娘烯醛异构化合成紫苏醛反应。考察了异构化条件对反应转化率和选择性的影响规律。结果表明:在焙烧温度为300℃,反应温度为350℃,进样速度为2.0mL/min,原料与催化剂的质量比为4∶5的条件下,原料的转化率达88.79%,紫苏醛的选择性可达54.72%。质谱与红外分析结果与紫苏醛的标准谱图相符。
In this paper, synthesis of perillaldehyde from myrtenal by isomerization in the cracking reactor is carried out by using Cu/ZnO prepared from co-precipitation as the catalyst. The influence of isomerization reaction variables on the conversion and selectivity of the reactions is evaluated. The results show that 88.79 % conversion rate of materials and 54.72 % selectivity of perillaldehyde are ob- tained when Cu/ZnO is as catalyst for the reaction at 350 ℃ under the conditions that the feeding rate of 2.0 mL/min, mass ratio of material and catalyst of 4 : 5, and calcination temperature of 300 ℃. The results of MS and FT-IR almost match the standard mass spectrogram of perillaldehyde.
