摘要
文中提出了一种基于双波导双微环—MZ干涉仪的简单、新颖的带宽和谐振波长同时可调的带通滤波器。通过耦合模理论,推导了此结构的透射率公式,利用MATALAB软件编写程序,模拟了微环温度的改变、不同环之间的温度差、耦合器的分束比对谐振波长和带宽可调性的影响。结果表明微环温度的改变会使谐振波长移动,不同环之间的温度差会影响滤波器的带宽,耦合器的分束比会使透射谱出现不对称性。这些结果对微环谐振滤波器的开发与应用具有重要指导意义。
In this thesis, a kind of structure based on dual-microring dual-waveguide-MZ interferometer is proposed, which has simple bandwidth and resonant wavelength tunable at the same time. By coupled mode theory, transmission formula of this structure is deduced, and MATLAB program is used to simulate the temperature change of the microring, the temperature difference between different microring and cou- pler splitting ratio influence on the resonant wavelength and the adjustable bandwidth. Results show that the temperature change of the microring makes resonant wavelength shift, and the temperature difference between different microring will affect the bandwidth of the filter, then coupler splitting ratio could make the asymmetry of transmission spectrum. These results have important guiding significance to the develop- ment and application value.
