摘要
目的:探讨通心络胶囊对糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者的性激素及血管内皮功能的作用。方法:本研究采用随机双盲、安慰剂平行对照试验设计方法。样本量为90例,试验组与对照组按2:1设计,服用通心络胶囊或其模拟剂,每次4粒,每日3次,疗程6个月。结果:治疗6个月后,试验组TT和FT的升高优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组NO的升高优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组ET-1和hs-CRP的下降优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊对糖尿病ED患者的性激素及血管内皮功能紊乱有较好的改善作用。
Objective： To discuss the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on sex hormones and vascular endothelial function in patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction（ ED）. Methods： A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled parallel trial was designed. Experimental group and control group were designed as a proportion of 2： 1. 90 ED patients were randomly assigned to Tongxinluo Capsule group or placebo group for a course of 6 months. Results： After being treated for 6 months,the increase of TT and FT in experimental group is more obvious than that in control group,which showed statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）; the increase of NO in experimental group is more obvious than that in control group and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）; the decrease of ET-1and hs-CRP in experimental group was more obvious than that in control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion： Tongxinluo Capsule has better effect on sex hormones and vascular endothelial function in patient with diabetic ED.
