摘要
研究了用 8 羟基喹啉作偶合试剂测定亚硝酸根的重氮偶合反应 .线性范围 0 1.4× 10 - 3g/l,检测限 2 .8× 10 6g/l,表观摩尔系数ε为 3.4× 10 4 L/mol·cm .该方法用于测试实际水样 ,结果满意 .
The diazotization and coulping reaction were studied using 8 Hydroxyquinoline as a coupling reagent to determine nitrite. The linear range of the determination is 0 1.4×10 3 g/L. The detection limit of nitrite is 2.8×10 6 g/L. The apparent molar absorptivity is 3.4×10 4 L/mol·cm. The method is applied to the determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
