摘要
彩色图像的分割是图像处理中的一个难题。该文对HE(HematoxylinandEosin)染色的彩色肺癌细胞图像的分割问题进行了研究。在大量实验的基础上 ,提出了如何利用有效的彩色特征进行分割的算法。该算法首先利用有关的彩色特征将细胞从背景中准确地分割出来 ;在此基础上 ,再将细胞分离为细胞核及细胞浆2部分 ,以便进一步的分析处理。该算法简单准确 ,完全可以满足实用需要。
Color segmentation is a difficult problem for image processing.This paper studies color segmentation problem of color lung cancer cell dyed by Hematoxylin and Eosin(HE).Based on a great number of experiments,a segmentation algorithm is proposed to color lung cancer cell images by means of effective color feature.The proposed method includes two steps,first,it uses some color features to segment the cell from background precisely.On this basis,the cell can be separated into nucleus and cytoplasm for the convenience of further processing.The method is simple and accurate,which can satisfy the practical needs.
