摘要
高技能人才是提升企业创新能力与生产效率,推动产业转型升级与经济增长方式转变的重要力量。当前我国高技能人才培养模式仍然存在许多问题,导致高技能人才供求缺口越来越大。通过对美、德、英、日、韩等世界各主要发达国家在高技能人才培养方面的先进做法和成功经验进行分析与借鉴,得出有益启示,并就如何加速我国高技能人才培养提出政策建议。
High skilled talents is one kind of the most important sources to improve enterprises＇ independent innovation ability and productive effective, Which can promote industry upgrading and transform the mode of economic growth. Nowadays, many problems are still existing in China＇s high skilled talents culture, which leads to the gap of high skilled talents＇ supply and demand. This paper analyses the excellent practice and successful experiences of culturing high skilled talents in America, Germany, Britain, Japan, and South Korea, and gives beneficial enlightenment for China to culture high skilled talents.
