摘要
对铁含量为 0 .1 2 %、0 .1 6%的钠钙硅浮法玻璃进行了脱色实验研究 ,测定了样品的色差和总透过率 ,比较了纯氧化铈与廉价混合碳酸稀土作玻璃脱色剂的效果。表明采用混合碳酸稀土作玻璃脱色剂可获得良好的脱色效果并使脱色成本降低 50 %。
The chemical decolorization is made in laboratory of a soda lime silica float glass containing ferric oxide from 0.12 percent to 0.16 percent of ferric oxide. The color difference and transmittancy of the glass specimens are determined. The study compares the decoloring effectiveness of a mixed rare earth carbonate with pure cerium oxide.It is shown that the mixed rare earth carbonate is superior to pure cerium oxide and reduces the cost of decoloring agent by 50%.
