摘要
研究了大颗粒稀土氧化物的制备工艺.以轻稀土中的铈为代表,碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,通过正交实验研究了硝酸铈溶液的浓度、搅拌速度、絮凝剂、滴加速度和沉淀反应温度5个因素对制备大颗粒稀土氧化物CeO2粒径的影响,确定了最佳条件为:Ce(NO3)3浓度0.05 mol/L,搅拌速度200 rpm,滴加速度5 mL/min,絮凝剂2 mL,沉淀温度为25℃.该工艺简便易行,适合其它大颗粒稀土氧化物的制备.
The preparation craft of rare earth oxides of big particles were studied.Cerium was used in the light rare earth as representative and NH4HCO3 as precipitating agent.The effects of Ce(NO3)3 concentration,mixing speed,flocculant,dropping speed and reaction temperature on the preparation of large particle size CeO2 were studied by using the orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions were established as follows: Ce(NO3)3 concentration =0.05 mol/L;mixing speed =200 rpm;dropping speed= 5 ml/min;flocculant= 2 ml;and the precipitate temperature is 25℃.This technology operates very easily,which is suitable for the making of other rare earth oxides of large particles.
