The Calculation of Properties for Glazes

摘要 根据经验公式对选定的四种无铅釉的热膨胀系数 ,表面张力及烧成温度等高温性能进行了计算 ,并与实际测定值进行了对比 ,获得了满意结果 ,说明该类经验公式具有一定的实用性 。 We have calculated the physical properties of four different lead free glazes between 1 000 and 1 250 ℃ by experiential formulas, and comparison to the values which were measured by experiments.The results are satified.It shows these formulas are practical in developing a new glaze.And meanwhile the oxide components that influence properties of lead free glazes were discussed.
