摘要
参照PTA工业装置氧化反应的工艺条件。以实验室制备的氧化反应液为原料,实际测定了80—180℃对苯二甲酸在氧化反应液中的溶解度数据。并回归得到溶解度的计算公式。计算值与实际测定值吻合较好,总的平均偏差小于5%。所得数据可以用于粗对苯二甲酸多级降压蒸发结晶过程的模拟。
Referring to the technology conditions of PTA industry plant oxidation reaction, by using the oxidation reation solution prepared in laboratory as raw material, the solubility of terephalic acid in oxidation reaction solution at 80 - 180 ℃ were determined. The solubility calculated formula was obtained through regression. The calculated values matched the experiment values better. The average relative deviation is less than 5 %. The obtained data can be used in the simulation of the multistage decompression evaporation crystallization process.
