摘要
在对河南伏牛山区野生蔬菜植物资源的现状调查研究的基础上 ,系统分析了该地野生蔬菜的特点、食用价值和开发利用现状 。
Based on investigation of wild vegetable resources,the characters, value and situation of utilization of wild vegetables in Funiushan of Henan were analysed,and ways of reasonable utilization were pointed out.
