全麻联合硬膜外阻滞在老年腹腔手术麻醉患者中的应用分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的：分析全麻联合硬膜外阻滞在老年腹腔手术麻醉患者中的应用效果，探讨其临床适用性。方法选取2012年6月～2013年11月收治的90例老年腹腔手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组两组，对照组采用单纯全麻手术方案，研究组采用全麻联合硬膜外阻滞手术方案。观察记录两组患者术中心率变化，拔出气管插管、恢复自由呼吸以及完全清醒的时间等指标；比较两组患者术后出现烦躁的情况。结果研究组患者术中心率变化、术后各时间指标均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者术后烦躁发生率为15.6%，对照组为35.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全麻联合硬膜外阻滞在老年腹腔手术麻醉患者中安全可靠，适合临床推广应用。
