摘要
目的:探讨腹部手术患者围手术期舒适护理方法及其对术后疼痛程度的影响。方法:将109例腹部手术患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=56)行常规围手术期护理,观察组(n=53)予以舒适护理。术后用舒适程度调查表调查患者舒适度,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价患者术后疼痛程度,并记录术后镇痛药用量。结果:观察组患者术后VAS评分及镇痛药用量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理能有效降低患者术后疼痛程度,提高患者舒适度。
Objective： To explore approaches of comfortable nursing care and effect of comfortable nursing care on relief of pain of patients with abdominal operation in perioperative period. Methods ： 109 patients with abdominal operation were randomly divided into control group （ n = 56） and observation group （ n = 53）. Routine perioperative nursing care and comfortable nursing care were respectively taken in the control and observation group, and survey on patient＇s comfort and suffering of pain was made by questionnaire and VAS and the dosage of analgesics used postoperatively was recorded. Resuits ： The scores of VAS and the dosage of analgesics were apparently lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the scores in comfort was higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the observation group than that in the control group. Conclusion ： Comfortable nursing care can effectively relieve pain of patients after operation.
