摘要
为了解道路旅客运输企业驾驶员心理健康状况,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对137名广东粤运朗日股份有限公司驾驶员的心理健康状况进行测查,并与国内常模相比较。结果显示137名驾驶员在SCL-90中各因子得分均高于国内常模组(P<0.05),广东籍贯的驾驶员情况更为严重。文化程度为高中及以上的驾驶员比文化水平较低的驾驶员严重,驾驶车型为长途客车与公交车的驾驶员比短途客车驾驶员的心理健康风险更大。目前汽车驾驶员心理健康存在障碍,尤其是强迫性、抑郁和躯体不适方面较为明显,应积极加强心理干预。
To study the driver＇s mental health in road passenger transport enterprise, symptom checklist （SCL-90）was used to investigate the mental health status of 137 drivers from YUEYUN LANGRI limited company. The resultsshowed that the scores of the 137 drivers, especially for Guangdong native drivers, were significantly higherthan the national norm in every factor of SCL-90（P〈0.5）. The scores of the drivers with higher educational levelwere significantly higher than the ones with lower level. Long-distance bus drivers had significantly higher scoresthan short-distance bus drivers. From the results, we can draw a conclusion that there were mental disorders for thedrivers in road passenger transport enterprise, especially in the aspects of compulsion, depression and physical discomfort.The psychological intervention for the drivers in road passenger transport enterprise should be strengthened.
