摘要
目的分析2008年奥运会志愿驾驶员的心理健康状况,并探讨提高其心理健康水平的干预对策。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自制问卷,对1000名奥运会志愿驾驶员进行心理测评;随机抽取其中的40名进行结构式访谈,了解其应激源。结果奥运会志愿驾驶员的SCL-90总分为(117.50±26.92)分,筛选阳性率为23.31%,恐怖因子分高于全国常模(P<0.05),除人际关系敏感、精神病因子和其他因子外的其余各因子分均小于全国常模(P<0.01);年龄、工作时间、受教育年限等因素对研究对象的总体心理健康状况无影响;进一步分析奥运会志愿驾驶员的个体症状特点,发现表现为强迫和人际关系敏感者最多;结构式访谈中反映出的主要应激源为学习压力(39名)、对封闭式管理的不适应(37名)、情感问题(16名)。结论奥运会志愿驾驶员总体心理健康状况良好,部分个体需要接受心理干预。测评心理健康水平、普及心理健康知识、设立专门的心理医生、提供心理干预等措施可以提高奥运会志愿者的心理健康水平。
Objective To analyse the psychological health status of the Olympic Games volunteer drivers and to probe the intervention countermeasures to improve the psychological health.Methods One thousand Olympic Games volunteer drivers were investigated by SCL-90 and a self-designed questionnaire.Forty drivers were randomly selected to understand their stressors by semi-structured interview.Results The total scores of SCL-90 and the positive selection rate for the volunteers was 117.50±26.92 and 23.31%,respectively.The score of phobic factor was higher than the national normal（P0.05）.Excluding the factors of human relation sensitivity,mental illness and others,the scores of the remaining factors were all lower than those of the national normal（P0.01）.The series of factors including age,working time and education time did not affect the general mental conditions of the researching targets.Further analysis on the feature of individual symptom of the Olympic Games volunteers indicated that the leading systems were compulsion and human relation sensitivity.The structured interview showed that the major stressors were study stress（n=39）,inadaptation to closed management（n=37） and affective factor（n=16）.Conclusion The general psychological health condition of the Olympic Games volunteer drivers was good and the psychological intervention was required for certain individuals.The psychological health level of the Olympic Games volunteer drivers could be improved by assessing psychological health,popularizing psychological knowledge,establishing specific psychologist,providing psychological intervention.
