摘要
"校企合作"作为高职院校的一种教学模式,对教学以及学生实践能力的培养有着重要作用与意义。在校企合作的教学模式中,高职教育的职业性、实践性、技术性的教学目标,对高职师资队伍的建设,有着更高更严格的要求。笔者对目前高职师资队伍建设存在的问题进行分析,重点从师资队伍建设的实践能力培养方面,给出了改进建议。
As a new teaching mode for higher vocational education, College-enterprise cooperation plays an importantrole in teaching and developing students practical ability. This mode has stricter requirements for faculty developmentin terms of the occupational, practical and technical teaching goals for higher vocational education. This paperanalyzes the problems of faculty development in higher vocational education and presents the proposals for improvementin developing the faculties’ practical ability.
