摘要
校内生产性实训基地的正常有序运作不仅能够促进专业内涵和教师队伍建设,还是培养学生专业实践能力、职业核心能力尤其是创新能力的重要手段。文章分析了本校制冷与空调专业校内实训现状及其存在的问题,提出校企共建校内生产性实训基地的必要性,并系统研究校内生产性实训基地的建设、功能、运行、管理、实施和预期成效。
The normal and orderly operation of on-campus productive practice training base can not only promotethe specialty connotation and teachers’ development, but be an important means of cultivating students’ practicalability, professional core ability, especially the innovative ability. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the present situationand existing problems of practice teaching for the refrigeration and air conditioning major, puts forward the necessityof co-constructing on-campus productive practice training base by college and enterprise, also systematicallystudys the construction, function, operation, management, implementation and expected results of the base.
