摘要
校外实习是能源动力类专业实现培养目标的重要实践环节,对培养和锻炼学生的实践能力、创新能力和综合素质起着重要的作用。近年来,由于招生数量的增加和企业因严格的安全管理而不愿意接待实习生等原因,目前的校外实习效果不尽人意。针对目前能源动力类学生校外实习情况存在的不足,提出了几点改革措施以改善校外实习效果,确保校外实习质量。
Campus-external practice is an important part in achieving the training targe^s of the specialty of energy and power engineering and plays an important role in cultivating the students＇creative abilities, practical ability and com- prehensive quality. The effect of the campus-external practice is not very well recently due to the increasing of the en- rollment and the reluctant acceptance of the students because of the severe economical and security management of the enterprises. According to the deficiencies of the campus-external practice in Shenyang Institute of Engineering ,this paper puts forward the reform measures to improve the effect of campus-external practice to ensure the training quality of the specialty of energy and power engineering.
