摘要
采用温湿指数和气候综合舒适度指数,根据丰都县气象站的30年整编资料、县内区域自动站资料和1983年山地气候考察资料,对其旅游气候舒适度进行评价.分析表明:丰都海拔高差大,气候类型多样,气候宜人,一年四季均可开展旅游活动.仲春(4月)、初夏(5-6月)、秋季(9-10月)气候舒适度较好,适宜全县旅游度假.初春(3月)舒适度指数偏差,仅适宜平坝河谷地区旅游度假;盛夏(7-8月)中高山区气候凉爽,适宜消暑度假游,但盛夏河谷丘陵地区天气炎热,舒适度较差,不太适宜度假旅游;冬季(12-2月)高山地地区积雪资源丰富,适宜冰雪游,冬季河谷丘陵地区湿度大、雾气重,不太适宜旅游度假.同时,在开发旅游气候资源时,必须完善暴雨、洪涝、雷电、大风等气象灾害的应急防范措施,确保游客生命财产安全.
By means of Temperature-humidity index and Climate comprehensive comfort index on the basis of the data of Fengdu weather station in 3 decades,the automatic station data and the mountain climate survey data in 1983 have been analyzed in this paper.With the estimation of the tourism climatic comfort index,the results show that Fengdu has a big difference in elevation and a various type in climate which is quiet pleasant.Tourist activities can be held throughout the year,especially in middle of spring（Apr）, early summer （May-Jun）as well as autumn （Sep-Oct）are well （wonderful）to have vacation in whole country,but the early spring has a low comfort index,only Pingba River Valley is suiting for taking vaca-tion.In midsummer,compared with hill and river valley area,the alpine area is more comfortable to avoid summer heat;In winter （Dec-Feb）,alpine areas is full of snow resource where is particularly suitable for traveling surrounded by snow and ice.However,the hill and river valley area have the low temperature and heavy fog where is unfit for having a holiday.As developing the climate resource,emergency measures should be completely taken to preserving the tourists and property from destroyed by rainstorm,water flood,thunderstorms and gales.
