摘要
图书采访工作关乎图书馆的馆藏结构、关乎用户使用资源的产出、关乎高校教学与科研发展的质量。文章从业务流程重组的角度出发,重新审视图书采访的流程,从量化统计用户需求、嵌入用户需求层次的采访模式、查重补漏贯穿采访决策全过程、引入投入产出效益评价机制四个方面将用户需求内置于图书采访的相应过程,以期实现用户需求与图书采访的一致性与双赢。
The book acquisitions relate to the library collection structure, user output, and the quality of university teaching and research. From the perspective of library business process restructuring, the author re- examines the book acquisition process, and puts users' needs to each corresponding process, including finding the users' needs by a quantitative statistic approach, building an embedded acquisition mode, paying attention to duplicate checking and book replenishing in acquisition decision making, and introducing the input and output efficiency evaluation mechanisms, aiming at meeting the users' needs and achieving the win-win in book acquisitions.
