摘要
对于厚煤层矿井,上分层不规则回采形成的残留煤柱群及空巷为下分层回采造成了困难,为提高优质煤资源回收率,对于上分层煤柱群下矿压分布规律进行了针对性研究。通过跟踪毛则渠老坑口煤矿7408工作面推进过程中的矿压值,指出该条件下具有高应力分布位置未知和矿压值起伏的特征,结合数值模拟软件得到影响工作面应力分布的因素主要包括:残留煤体的尺寸、空巷尺寸以及下部承载介质的强度,并最终提出了具有针对性的工作面回采建议。
For thick coal seam mine, the residual coal pillar group and empty roadway formed by upper - layer irregular mining caused difficulties for lower - stratified mining. To improve the recovery rate of the coal resource, distribution laws of mine pressure under up- per - stratified coal pillar group was studied. By tracking the pressure value of 7408 woking face in Maozequ old pit mine during tunneling process. The pressure data shows the unknown -location and value fluctuations are the main characters under this situation, and the numerical simulation shows that the main effect factors include size of residual coal, size of empty roadway and strength of bearing medium. Finally, the article proposed targeted mining suggestions
