西川煤矿厚层泥岩底板巷道底鼓控制实践

摘要 针对陕西西川煤矿主运输大巷底鼓严重、治理困难的问题,综合采用了现场地质调研、围岩位移监测、理论计算等方法,分析了巷道底鼓的主要影响因素,在此基础上,提出了厚层泥岩底板巷道底鼓控制原则和控制方案,并在现场进行了工业性试验。结果表明,巷道采用"锚杆+混凝土反底拱"的治理方案不仅围岩变形量较小,而且技术经济效益俱佳。 According to the issue of serious floor heave which is difficult to control in main haulage roadway in Xiehuan Coal Mine in Shaanxi province, the methods of field geological investigation,surrounding rock displacement monitoring and theoretical calculation are adopted comprehensively. The main influence factors of floor heave of roadway is analyzed. On this basis,the control principle and control scheme of the floor heave of the thick mudstone floor roadway are put forward and the industrial test is implemented in the field. The result shows that the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway becomes relatively small and the technical and economic benefit are optimal.
