摘要
我国东北地区的风电并网难问题已经成为制约当地风电产业规模化发展的瓶颈。本文以东北地区吉林省和蒙东地区这两个我国"弃风"限电最严重的区域为例,系统阐述和分析了该区域"弃风"现象突出的原因,并提出适用于我国东北地区"弃风"限电现象的相关对策,为减少风电产业"弃风"限电提供了基本思路和数据支持。
The problem of difficult grid-connected of wind power in the northeast of China has restricted the development of local wind power industry. Jilin province and eastern Inner Mongolia are the most serious abandoned wind power areas in northeast of China, where those phenomenon and reason were analyzed in this paper. Countermeasures for reduction of abandoned wind power in northeast of China were proposed. The results can provide data support for decreasing abandoned wind power in wind power industry.
