摘要
校企融合、工学结合是高职院校人才培养模式的科学定位。高职院校在软件技术专业人才培养上,应推行"校企深度融合、工学有机结合"人才培养模式,构建基于工作过程的课程体系,组建由企业、学校共同参与的多元化教学团队,创建共享、开放、互动的教学资源库,以培养适合软件企业岗位需求的高技能型人才,更好地满足区域经济与软件企业发展的需要。
Integration of school and enterprise is the scientific positioning of personnel training mode of Higher Vocational schools. According to talent training aim of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,the ＂deep integration and organic combination of the school and enter-prise＂ strategy should be implemented,curriculum system based on working process should be set up,diversified teach-ing team should be made up by enterprises and schools together to create a shared,open,and interactive teaching resource database and cultivate technical talents for software enterprise post demand, adapt to the needs of regional econ-omy and the development of software enterprises.
