摘要
大学理念决定着大学的发展方向,办学者要深刻认识到大学理念建设的重要性和迫切性。大学校长应成为大学理念的职业研究者和实践者,引领大学理念的建设。大学内部的高教研究机构应以大学的改革和发展为主要研究对象,为大学理念建设提供理论基础并承担起信息咨询功能。正确处理好教学、科研和服务社会之间的关系,为大学理念的建设提供检验的实践平台。呼唤全员认同和广泛参与,为大学理念的升华和实践提供群众基础。
The idea of a university determines the development direction of the university. University leaders should be profoundly aware of the importance and urgency of the construction of the idea of a universi- ty. University president should become the occupational researcher and practitioner of the idea of a university to lead the construction of the idea of a university. The research institute of higher education in the university should take the university~ reform and development as the main research center to provide theoretical basis and to undertake information consultation for the construction of the idea of a university. Correctly handle the rela- tionship among teaching, scientific research and social services to provide practical platform for testing the construction of the idea of a university. Call for the full recognition and participation to provide mass foundation for the sublimation and practice of the idea of a university.
